Shipping policy

We ship our fish USPS Priority. Shipments leave out on Friday morning. Please have your order in by Thursday at Noon for your order to ship on Friday. We guarantee live arrival. In the case your fish don't live due to postal hold up or lost or damaged, we will refund you for the cost of the fish. We cannot refund shipping.

DOA

In order to receive your refund, you need to follow these instructions. Contact us within 1 hours of delivery with a clear picture of the dead fish in the unopened bag. If your package is lost, held up, or late delivered, and they are DOA we will only refund the cost of the fish.

No refunds will be issued for DOA due to weather temperature. It is the customers responsibility to check temperature in your area. Temperature requirements are your low needs to be higher than 45 degrees and your high cannot be higher then 95 degrees. If you order and your temperatures are not within these ranges, we will hold shipping until temperatures are safe to ship. 

 

You are welcome to buy if your temperature does not meet the requirements. We will hold your fish until they can be shipped safely.
