We guarantee your fish will arrive safe. In the event that they do not, due to postal errors or delays, sudden weather conditions, or any other non preventable event where your fish don't make it safely we will refund your order fully. We ship USPS . We only ship our fish on Monday to avoid hold over on Sundays. Any other product will ship the next day.
DOA Policy********
We do everything possible to keep your fish/snails safe. If your fish/snail is DOA before the 1 hour is up after delivery, please take a picture and email me ASAP and I will do my best to make things right with a full refund or replacement.
{ Warning} if they are DOA and we do not receive an email with a clear picture within 1 hour of delivery we will be unable to refund you.

My wife and I started this hobby not long after we had our son Boaz. We wanted to spend time as a family, share experiences and create memories. We learned that Boaz has a special love for fish, turtles and dinosaurs. So as a family we started HappyHomeHobby. Our goal is to create lasting memories for Boaz. But also we want to teach Boaz (who also has Trisomy 21) that he is capable of anything as long as he follows his dreams and pleasures and puts his trust in Jesus.
